Nothing not too like.

The staff is most helpful. They changed my tv when I couldn't get bbc World. They also comped me for one night stay after complaining about a noisy party that kept me up most of the night. Make sure everything works. Got up in the am and no shower, so they comped me dinner at the Indian restaurant. Their restaurant has the best Indian food I've ever had, and I've eaten at some of the best in London. And to find it in Santiago. The metro is a block away. Plaza de Almas, 6 blocks. Nice location. Would stay there again for sure.

At first I was cursing this place. But after getting comped for my troubles, they really went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. btw, it's a non smoking hotel.

Convenient location in the city center, just a short walk to all the main attractions, and close to a Metro station for easy transport. Enjoyed the free high-speed wifi and friendly staff who did their best to assist despite limited English. Appreciated the provided amenities such as coffee and tea maker in the room.

Rooms were small and some lacked a proper table, while breakfast was basic and repetitive. Some staff members were not able to assist with certain requests, such as arranging transportation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Santiago and had a great experience. the location was fantastic - it was right in the center of the city, just one block away from the Metro Station. This made it really convenient for getting around and exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were also really friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Additionally, I was pleased with the basic amenities provided in the room. It was clean and comfortable, with a window overlooking an inner court. Finally, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus. It was a simple breakfast, but it had everything I needed to start my day off right.

All in all, everything was ok.

Despite the lack of an elevator, the hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The indian restaurant at the lobby is a must to everyone that fancies oriental food.

The staff were the best thing about this place, they were really helpful and friendly, when the internet didn't work in my room they moved us to a better one. Near Santa Ana (one block), ten mins walk to Plaza de Armas.

The Indian restaurant is not that great!

Great central location near transportation, clean rooms, and friendly staff. This hotel has it all! Not only is it close to nicer areas, but it's also conveniently situated next to a metro station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, especially considering it's an older hotel. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the pool and garden were lovely places to relax. The staff was amazing with their helpfulness and friendliness making my stay stress-free. They always greeted me with a smile and were willing to provide suggestions on what to see and do in this city.

Nothing, it was perfect. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations.

Very helpful and friendly staff, nice restaurant, although mango lassi - 5000, great localization - near Santa Ana metro station, efficient air conditioning. For Europeans breakfast might be not satisfactory.
